Registered FIRE families will meet in the Parish Hall after the 8:30 AM Mass to Kick-Off the year. 1. Attend Kick Off/Orientation:

2. What to Bring to Kick Off:
· Bring your whole family.
· Bring fruit, muffins, bagels and/or munchies. (donut holes, coffee, orange juice and milk will be provided)
· Bring your calendar.
· As has been our custom, you are asked to include and remember those who are in need and bring canned goods/baby supplies for the St. Vincent de Paul pantry.
2. Expect to do at Kick Off:
· Complete the Covenant Lesson for this year. (No preparation necessary)
· Decide who will lead the first lesson “I Believe” so that family can plan to attend first lesson facilitator meeting Sat., Sept. 7 at 9:15 a.m. (Call Diane if you need an alternate time.) The first lesson ideally should be held on your scheduled FIRE day during the week of Sept. 8-14.
· Prepare to be flexible with dates in case one of the families in your group cannot meet on a certain week.
· Decide who will be the Contact Family (one who receives info from FIRE coordinator and passes it on to other families in the FIRE group).
3. After Kick Off:
· Contact Family should call any families in your group who missed the Kick Off due to unforeseen circumstances and make sure they can attend first meeting.
· Attend Facilitator Meeting for first lesson if you are the facilitating family.
· Pray for your group.
· If you are a new group, decide on a name at your first meeting.
