Objetivos del Programa de QuinceañerasNuestro Programa de Quinceañeras propone una catequesis integral para la renovación de los compromisos bautismales de las participantes y Consagración a la Santísima Virgen, siguiendo las normas de la diócesis de Fort Worth y adaptadas a nuestra parroquia. Tenemos un equipo de liderazgo que acompaña a estas jóvenes, las prepara y garantiza el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Nuestro equipo proporciona pláticas informativas a los padres, clases a las participantes, ensayo y liturgia de la Misa de Quinceañeras. Es nuestro anhelo que nuestras jóvenes completen su iniciación sacramental y participen en diferentes ministerios, propios de su edad, en la parroquia además del Ministerio de Jóvenes.
- Nuestras clases de Quinceañeras se concentran en:
- -reflexionar sobre el Bautismo, cuyas promesas y dones se concientizan en esta celebración
- -una catequesis integral que enseña a las jóvenes a través de la reflexión, discusiones y oración sobre el desarrollo humano y el conocimiento de sí mismas.
- -un encuentro con Jesús y su misión; Jesús como el amigo que les ofrece su compañía y su propósito.
- -un enfoque en los valores evangélicos y su práctica en la vida cristiana.
Quinceañeras Program’s 0bjectives
Our Quinceañeras’ Program proposes an integral catechetical formation for the renewal of the participants’ baptismal promises and Consecration to the Blessed Mother, following the norms of the Diocese of Forth Worth and adapted by our parish. We have a team of leaders to accompany the young women, to prepare and help them in the fulfillment of the objectives.
Our team provides informative talks to parents, classes to participants, rehearsal, and Quinceañeras Mass’ Liturgy. It is our hope that our young participants will complete their sacramental initiation and participate in different ministries, proper for their age, in the parish, in addition to the Youth Ministry.
Our Quinceañeras’ classes focus on:- reflecting on Baptism, whose promises and gifts are brought to awareness in this celebration
- an integral catechetical formation that guides the young women through reflection, discussions and prayer regarding human development and self-knowledge.
- an encounter with Jesus and his mission; Jesus as a friend, who offers them his fellowship and purpose.
- a focus on evangelical values and their implementation in Christian life.

QUINCEAÑERAS’ PROGRAM
REQUIREMENTS
The preparation begins at age 13. It is a requirement that the young participant attends religious formation - whether sacramental or youth ministry - the year of the celebration and have attended the previous year. Additionally, she will take the Quinceañeras’ preparation classes.
