Preparation for First Communion is a two consecutive year process. The first year the child MUST participate in Saturday Morning Faith Formation Classes, or be enrolled at St. Joseph Catholic School. The second year the child must REGISTER again for one of the 3 programs AND also register for SACRAMENT PREPARATION for First Confession/First Communion. Since SACRAMENT PREPARATION is an additional program, families need to submit a copy of the child's Baptism certificate and the additional $40 fee to complete enrollment to the parish office for SACRAMENT PREPARATION registration.
PRIMERA COMUNION
Confirmation
Marriage
The Diocese of Fort Worth requires extensive preparation for the couple planning to be married in accordance with the Church. This preparation process is designed and intended for one purpose: to help the couple achieve a life-long loving relationship in Christ and with each other.
All couples must attend the Marriage Preparation Information night and meet with Deacon Bill Johnson or another member of the St. Joseph clergy before they can schedule their wedding. To avoid disappointment, couples must contact the church office at least 9-12 months prior to their proposed wedding date, to begin the process.
